Structure:

Safety:
1. Safety brake: The reliable disc brake holds the load in any position after the lifting or lowing process is complete.
2. Of cource, the brake discs are free of asbestos.
3. Housing: Even in harsh conditions, dust and dirt have no chance. The brake and pawls are well protected.
4. Hooks: The bottom and top hooks are heat-treated. The hook clips are galvanised and spring-loaded prevent lifting gear slipping.
5. Safety brake with two pawls hold the load in any position safely! All parts corrosion protected!
Durability:
1. The powder coated housing for corrosion protection as standard reinforce the high quality of the product.
2. Load chain: Galvanised load chain, according to ANSI. Load chain's minimum mean stress at breaking force 1000N/mm²
3. Galvanised or powder coated on all sides: Dirt has no effect on this device. All connection and housing parts are protected againest corrosion.
4. Chain mounting: Thanks to the easily-accessible chain mounting, user can insert a longer chain if required.
5. Our chain block can pass above 1,500 times operation running test.
Standard:
1. Load tested to 150percents of capacity
2. Comform to ASME B30.16 Standard which load tested to 125percents of capacity.
